Biochem/physiol Actions
IL-17A (interleukin 17A) plays a major role in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases like multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis. It also plays a pathogenic role in allergic rhinitis (AR). It helps in the formation of several chemokines and cytokines in airway epithelial cells.
General description
The Human IL-17 ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of human IL-17 in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants and urine.
