General description

Biochem/physiol Actions
ヒト血清アルブミン（HSA）は、さまざまな内因性および外因性リガンドに結合する単一の非グリコシル化鎖です。血漿輸送体分子として機能し、主に非エステル化長鎖脂肪酸に結合します。アルブミンは、ビリルビン、ステロイドホルモン、チロキシン、トリプトファン、特定のビタミン、および体内の金属イオンなどのさまざまな代謝産物にも結合して輸送します。いくつかの薬物に結合する能力もあり、それらの薬物動態および薬力学に影響を及ぼします。HSAは一酸化窒素担体として機能し、ヒト血清の抗酸化能にも影響します。急性溶血の場合、HSAは血流中のヘムに結合し、ヘモペキシンに輸送され、そこで実質性肝細胞により再吸収されます。
