      • Included free of charge with the antibody is 40 μg of control antigen (lyophilized powder). The stock solution of the antigen can be made up using 100 μL of sterile deionized water. For negative control, preincubate 1 μg of protein with 1 μg of antibody for one hour at room temperature. Optimal concentrations must be determined by the end user.

Its ligand, endothelin, consists of a family of three potent vasoactive peptides: ET1, ET2, and ET3. Three transcript variants encoding two different isoforms have been found for this gene. ABCD syndrome is an autosomal recessive syndrome characterized by albinism, black lock at temporal occipital region, bilateral deafness, aganglionosis of the large intestine and total absence of neurocytes and nerve fibers in the small intestine.
