      This product has been discontinued.





      A cell-permeable, potent and reversible inhibitor of bNOS and eNOS (Ki = 25 nM for bNOS; Ki = 90 nM for eNOS). Inhibits iNOS at much higher concentrations (Ki = 8.1 µM). Causes a reduction in cardiac output and profound vasoconstriction.
