We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not currently have an alternative product.

Sialyl Lewis x is covalently coupled using an amide linkage to a 96-well polystyrene plate via a 16 - 18 atom flexible spacer, providing homogeneous presentation of the ligands to potential binding candidates. Ligand loading is approximately 100 pmol/well. Sialyl Lewis x is evenly distributed on the surface. Useful in studying carbohydrate-protein interactions in ELISA and related assays. The Sialyl Lewis x tetrasaccharide is a tumor-associated antigen and receptor for selectins.
