      An endogenous κ-opioid receptor agonist that improves galanin-induced impairment of memory in mice. It is 700 times more potent than (Leu5)-enkephalin, 200 times more potent than normorphine, and 50 times more potent than β-endorphin in the guinea pig ileum assay.
