      OverviewRecombinant, mouse insulin-like growth factor II (IGF-II) consisting of amino acids 25-91 and expressed in E. coli. Mouse IGF-II is synthesized as a 180 amino acid preproprecursor. Mature IGF-II is 91% and 97% amino acid identical to human and rat IGF-II, respectively.
