      DescriptionThe mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinases are a group of serine/threonine kinases that mediate signal transduction from the cell surface to the nucleus. They are activated in response to a variety of extracellular stimuli such as hormones, growth factors, UV, as well as osmotic and heat shock. Three main MAP kinase pathways have been characterized that are mediated by ERK, JNK and p38 MAP kinase, respectively. The four inhibitors included in this set allow you to target different stages of the ERK and p38 pathways.
