      Description
OverviewA cell-permeable atypical amino acid-containing peptide that acts as an anti-microtubule agent with potent antiproliferative (average of estimated GI50 ~ 12 nM in the NCI 60-human cancer cell line panel) as well as antiangiogenic (IC50 = 2.07 and 2.97 nM in inhibiting HUVEC cord junctions and length, respectively) properties. Shown to be efficacious in hollow fiber assays in mice in vivo and exhibit excellent cancer selectivity (100% and 0% apotosis induction at 10 nM in HL-60 and HUVEC cells, respectively) in vitro.
