制御ボックス
Mobius® ミキサーおよび Mobius® ADC リアクターは、「Ready to Connect」制御ボックスを使用することで、現地または遠隔から監視・制御が可能です。
Mobius® MIXおよびPower MIXについては、Bio4C ACE™制御ソフトウェアを搭載したスマート制御ボックスにより、重要なプロセスパラメータの遠隔監視が可能となり、高度なプロセス制御を実現するとともに、混合作業中の規制順守を支援します。
シングルユースミキサーバッグは、PureFlex™ または Ultimus® フィルムを使用して製造されています。 PureFlex™シリーズのシングルユースプロセスコンテナ用フィルムは、高純度の医療用グレードであり、共押出成形により、強度、柔軟性、優れたガスバリア性能、および不活性な接触面を実現しています。さらに、Ultimus®フィルムは、より過酷なシングルユースバイオプロセシングの液体用途向けに設計されており、シングルユースバイオプロセシングに求められる取り扱いやすさ、柔軟性、およびコンフォーマンシーを維持しつつ、耐久性を向上させています。
